Vitiarium

Vitiarium  IGT (Typical Geographic Indication) Toscana Rosso is produced with grapes coming only from our Vitiarium (that is the vines selection of our estate). It is mainly Sangiovese to express as much as possible the Tuscan tradition.

Vines grow with the highest respect for Nature, working manually and without using any poison. Everything is done by hand untill the wine is in cellar.
Vitiarium is aged for 11 years in stainless steel and in cask. 

The bottling was done following moon phases ( waning crescent) to allow a better aging.

This wine doesn't follow market rule but only Nature rules in order to express all Tuscan tradition from the past centuries.

This limited edition wine is reserved to real wine lovers who prefer tradition and uniqueness to ordinary  market rules.
